Have you tried Voip?
With more and more people signing up for cable internet and fios packages, the need for traditional telephone packages is going by the wayside. Now you can sign up for Voip.com for $19.95 per month. You can also add a second line to your cell phone. I can think of one of my friends that could definitely use that. She has two cell phones. And I thought I could talk.

You should read the fine print for this company. Some deceptive practices going on with regard to "unlimited calls" and the equipment is sub par. Also, it's amusing that the cancellation policy cites that people are responsible for "excessive scratches and dents". Is "dents" a real word?

And what exactly defines "excessive"?
